“There’s got to be a morning after.”

Today is the day after the BlogBlast For Peace.  I’ve been blog-hopping through the Peace Posts.  I plan to get to all of them, a few at a time.  While I’m still being inspired, enjoy the road I recently travelled.  I had to!  I had a 1/2 mile warning . . .

. . . and then an arrow pointing me in the right direction!

Blog-hopping through the Peace Posts is like following the signs to find Peace Road.  Others have travelled in that direction and have left clear trails.  All the great quotes that bloggers have used are like the arrows pointing to the right path.  We just have to follow the signs.

And since I’ve been hearing this song in my head all day (and loving it), I’ll share it with you.  I can’t seem to embed links these last couple of days, so just click it:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcLazPauA1c and sing along with Maureen McGovern til you find the ‘place that’s safe and warm!”

To Mimi: thanks for the BlogBlast!

To Carol For Peace:  Thought of you when I snapped the road sign pix.

Peace!

(and if you’re blog-hopping like I am and came for my Peace Globe its just below this post, though today, there is a piece of my Peace Cake missing.  North America was delicious!)

Was there truly peace on Peace Road? You may not have noticed any difference, since you already live in peace.

We are so lucky that there are wise people everywhere who have pointed the way to peace. It’s amazing that we don’t always follow the signs. It’s so easy to do. May we all find our way to Peace Road.

(I want to hear if South America tastes any different from North America – and if you find yourself speaking a different language after eating N.A.)

Carol: Yes, there was peace. I have to thank those who named the road after something I respect! I’ll let you know what happens as we eat the cake. Yesterday, GN got FLA and Cuba, I got the Maritime Provinces of Canada.

Oops! In my last line, I meant “after eating S.A.” But you know what I meant.

Thinking of fun things one could do with globe frosting – adding chili pepper to the southern frosting, cinnamon and nutmeg in the north, lemon in the west… And corn in the midwest. Ah ha ha ha ha!

Carol: Clever ideas for frosting! I’m not that creative. I added a wee bit of ‘sea’ salt to the blue frosting and I achieved the green color by adding brussels sprouts to that part of the frosting. ;-) You believe me, right?

The Peace Rd! I love it! And I am a huge fan of that song. Some say it’s cheesy, but I’ve never thought so.

Enjoy the rest of your Peace weekend!
