For this scarf, I decided to use the Illusion/Shadow style of knitting. I got a kick out of making vertical stripes appear . . .
. . . by using horizontal stripes.
This scarf knits up relatively quickly and has only a four-row repeat for the length of the scarf. Yarnovers are used at each end for even spacing of the added fringe.
