Veterans Day 2009
A celebration to honor America’s veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. Thanks to all who have answered the call.
I’ll don’t work tomorrow, so I’ll be going . . . here . . . . . to thank my husband (Army aircraft mechanic) and my dad (Air Force meterologist) . . . . IMHF
My dad is WWII veteran (Navy). If he makes it to May, he will turn 90.
I hope you have a peaceful, meaningful day tomorrow.
My dad was also a WWII veteran. He served at Guadalcanal. I have a son presently in the Army. God bless all our veterans, I will be thinking of them on this special day.
